Sailfish have biting in 150-250 feet off Miami. The recent nice weather has made it easy for the weekend angler to see floppers or in other words free jumpers. Get in front of them and cast a live bait or two. Run that pattern on calm Spring days and you can put up numbers. The Mahi-mahi have been biting between 300-500 ft on scattered weed. Troll your favorite lure or skirted Ballyhoo and get ready for your opportunity at a school. Kingfish and Bonitas are biting on the reef with an occasional Wahoo mixed in. Big Hammerhead Sharks are biting bonita slabs on the bottom outside the reef. Remember, take a kid fishing and make memories!!
